Summer Programming

• Session 1: June 10 - 13 (4 days; no camps on Monday, June 9, due to staff training)
• Session 2: June 16 - 20 (4 days; no camps on Thursday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth)
• Session 3: June 23 - 27
• No camps: June 30 - July 4, in observance of Independence Day and midsummer break
• Session 4: July 7 - 11
• Session 5: July 14 - 18
• Session 6: July 21 -25
• Session 7: July 28 - August 1

Full-Day camps are offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Half-Day camps are offered from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

Early Bird Care is offered from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

We do not offer care after 4 p.m.

Full-Day Camps: $425/week

Half-Day Camps: $210/week

Early Bird Care: $75/week

Please note: Session 1 & Session 2 are 4-day camps and therefore have prorated pricing. 

Additionally, there are a few MSR Excursion camps which have higher pricing due to materials, travel, and/or lengths of the camp. 

We strongly discourage making payments for Summerscape camps via your invoice in the Parent Portal.  Instead, you must pay via the Summerscape Registration Portal.  Invoice payments are automatically applied based on the due date of the invoice item and we do not guarantee payments will be applied to the Summerscape camps.

You have thirty (30) calendar days following registration to pay, in full, for your camps, or your spots in the camp(s) will be forfeited.

After May 1, 2025, payment, in full, will be due seven (7) days following registration, or your spots in the camp(s) will be forfeited.

• Changes to any registration, including cancellations, will automatically be charged a $25 administrative fee. This fee will be applied per request to all cancellations and session changes, or at MSR’s discretion. 
• Cancellation requests will receive the following refund based on when the request is made:
  • On or before May 15, 2025—full refund, less the $25 administrative fee.
  • On or after May 16, 2025—no refund will be issued and parents will be responsible for a $25 administrative fee.

Registration will close two weeks before the start date of the camp session.

Once you sign your 2025 - 2026 enrollment contract and pay the enrollment deposit and New Family Fee, you become eligible to register for SummerScape 2025 as a current MSR family. For more questions, please reach out to admissions@msr.org. 

Yes, non-MSR students ages 4 (before fall 2025) and older can register for our camps. There are some camps that are not open to non-MSR students due to the limited number of spots or type of camp; those camps are noted as such in the SummerScape Guide. Please note, registration opens to the MSR community first.

Please email auxiliaryprograms@msr.org. Given the number of questions we receive during the registration period, email is the best and preferred way of reaching us. We will do our best to respond to emails in the order they are received, and in a timely fashion. 

The most common cause of this issue is that the system is recognizing your child at the wrong age / grade-level. Please email auxiliaryprograms@msr.org and we will look into the issue. 

Please email auxiliaryprograms@msr.org and give the full name of your child, their date of birth, and expected grade level for the fall. Please note, there are some camps that non-MSR students, who are siblings, are not eligible for.
