LMC Players Theater Program
The LMC Players Theater Program gives students in grades 2 - 6 the opportunity to work together from fall to spring each year during the Studios+ after-school program creating a one-of-a-kind theater production.
Students are fully engaged in every step of the theater process: acting, costuming design, set design, and more.
Past productions have included: The Wizard of Oz (2026), Secret Garden (2025), Mabtown (2024), and Peter Pan (2023).
Families can register their elementary students in the LMC Players Theater Production for 2026-2027 in early fall 2026. More information to come!
The Wizard of Oz 2026
Spring 2026 LMC Players Presented:
The LMC Players showcased their fourth MSR production of L. Frank Baum's The Wizard of Oz. In this comedy-adventure adaptation from the original 1900 novel, beloved characters Dorothy, Toto, Scarecrow, Tin, Lion, and Tik Tok journeyed through Oz to find the Wizard and get Dorothy back home to Kansas. Some new characters joined the adventure and familiar villains like the Wicked Witch of the West and the Winkies didn't stop at nothing to get Dorothy's silver shoes and keep her from discovering the power of The Wizard of Oz!
