After-School Studios

 

Studios, MSR's after-school enrichment program, features a variety of themed activities and  workshops engaging MSR students in sports, STEM, French language, theater, dance, pottery and more! Sessions are available for Children’s House through Upper Elementary, as well as Carolina Preparatory Academy grade 6 students, and offered three times a year; fall, winter, and spring. 

Studios 

Studio sessions are available to Children's House second year and kindergarten students through Upper Elementary students, as well as Carolina Preparatory Academy grade 6 students. Studios are offered once a week for a period of five or six weeks and are either 45 minutes or one hour in length. 

Studios are designed to be small, intimate after-school enrichment experiences that allow students to dive deeper into specific interests. With low student-to-instructor ratios, Studios provide a focused and engaging environment where creativity, exploration, and connection thrive. Most Studios have a small capacity and registration fills up quickly because of this.

Studios Cancellation Policy

To cancel or make changes to a Studio registration, a written request must be made to auxiliaryprograms@msr.org. Changes to registrations will automatically be charged a $25 administrative fee. Cancellation requests will receive the following refund based on when the request was made:

  • At least 14 days prior to the program's start date: FULL refund
  • 13 days or less prior to the program's start date: No refund, plus an administrative fee of $25
