Tuition Assistance & Scholarships

To get started, please go to the Clarity Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The Clarity Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the Clarity Application for no additional charge. Simply use the dropdown menu in the application to select those schools.

If you need support during the process of completing your application, there is in-app support available through the “Help” button in the bottom left of the screen, as well as email and phone support at support@clarityapp.com or 206-210-3752, in both English and Spanish. The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.

Upload all requested supporting documentation to Clarity via mail or fax prior to the application due date. You will be required to provide a copy of your most recent tax records including all W-2’s, 1099’s, and any other requested supporting documentation.

Clarity will review your application and contact your family to submit additional documentation. Once Clarity confirms your application as complete or in good standing, the school will use Clarity’s assessment report to make its award decision.

Tuition assistance awards will be offered when the student’s enrollment application is processed and the student is offered enrollment at The Montessori School of Raleigh. Parents are notified of award decisions by electronic letter at the same time as re-enrollment or enrollment.

First consideration will be given to applications received by December 8 for returning families, and January 12 for new families. All applications received after January 12 will be reviewed on a rolling basis depending on availability of funds.
