Established in 1974, the Montessori School of Raleigh is a vibrant and exceptional, independent Montessori school serving students aged 15 months through grade 6.

MSR faculty and staff enjoy the school's supportive and collegial community, shared values, and a clear educational and institutional mission. MSR is committed to attracting and retaining the highest quality faculty and staff through a substantial compensation plan, including competitive salary and full medical/dental coverage.
Teachers, also known as guides, engage, inspire, and challenge students to learn and grow. Grounded in the Montessori method, students in early childhood and elementary levels learn in multi-age classes to build foundational skills and foster warm, lasting relationships.
MSR welcomes employment inquiries at any time of year. In general, most interviewing and hiring for faculty positions occur in the winter and spring; however, resumes are accepted throughout the year.
If you are interested in joining our team, we encourage you to apply to one of our open positions on the MSR recruitment portal.
